Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

At Snell Signature, each sculptural piece is handcrafted with care. We want you to love your artwork, and we stand behind the quality of every item. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Because each piece is made to order, we accept returns only in the case of damage, defects, or an incorrect item received.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Photos of the damage or issue are required for review.

Non‑Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper installation

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Email us at brianna@snellsignature.com within 7 days.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

  3. We will review and offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Exchanges for different designs or sizes are not available.

Shipping for Returns

If a return is approved:

  • Snell Signature covers return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label when applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We are unable to replace items lost after delivery confirmation.
